    Everyone is correct - we have a HUGE National Debt, but it was a bia-partisan efford, created over the last 28 years, so everyone is guilty.

    So lets move on to how we solve this problem.

    GOP - any ideas, plans, anything?

    It’s not the debt, but the politics that we can’t dig out of. Return to pre-Bush taxes and we will be fine.

    again…you drive th engine that made us wealthy by lowering taxes then you stop congress from wspending….if you lower taxes and get them out of the way the people will rebuild their country…..

    Eventually. Remember, the 1981 tax cuts were followed by some two years of gallopping unemployment, that only came under 10% in 1983 (several months after much of the tax cut was rescinded, ironically). Did you give the Obama administration financial policy two-three years to prove itself, too?
