I’ll carry music, good noise-cancelling headphones, iPad, and knitting — oh yes and a crossword puzzle book. The iPad has my other crossword apps and books on it — much lighter for air travel.
Plane entertainment is lost on me. I am in screaming pain by the time the sucker hits altitude and just want to left alone in my misery. (My ears do not equalize pressure. At all.)

What, no entertainment system in the seats? Only time I’ve had that happen is on the less than an hour flight between Kalgoorlie and Perth
