Huey most definitely has a point here. That’s always been one of the biggest lies ever taught in schools for many, many decades that Columbus “discovered” America when in fact he didn’t discover anything! The Aborigines and the Native American Indians were here some 50, 000 years before Columbus was even born! And the ancient Egyptians sailed to America some 2,000 before he was born! But the problem is that America was designed and built around these lies when in actuality, practically everything that we see, touch and interact with was invented by Black people. It is only now with the advent of the internet and social media that these actual truths are starting to come out.

Huey is right. Columbus was a horrible man who attacked and harmed defenseless island natives.

Worth pointing out that he also never actually made it to the mainland and was a TERRIBLE navigator – while the earth was generally agreed to be round at that point, he disagreed with the common (and pretty much correct) estimate of the size and thought the distance to India to the west was less than a third of the actual measurement. Plus, according to contemporary accounts by both his peers and his crew, he was pretty much a disaster as a leader and generally seems to have been a complete tool.
