What gun laws? In Chicago gang bangers buy them on the street from unlicensed gun runners. Chicago keep passing unreasonable, unconstitutional laws that get ignored and eventually thrown out in court. I suspect their approach is they can pass laws faster than the courts can throw them out to stay ahead of the game. The whole situation is insane. Bodies keep falling day in and day out. If the gang bangers just killed each other that would be fine but they are lousy shots and keep mowing down innocent kids and bystanders. Armed carjacking in in vogue now because it has become so hard to tow or hot wire a car.
