Google has made little impact economically in China. Despite their kowtowing to China on Google.cn they are unable to wrest market share from Baidu. Baidu has a nice cozy relationship with the government. It is unlikely to cause Google great harm, in the short term. Long term is harder to predict since it is based on government action.
