My husband breaks the egg, AND the yolk ALL over the bowl. I let him make our scrambled eggs. I break the eggs for any other recipe. He cannot figure out the amount of force necessary to break ONLY the shell. I do not know how to teach him, ‘cause I hate to waste the eggs required for “practice!” And I’d have enough scrambled eggs for weeks if I let him keep practicing.
