None of our pets beg at the table. They do get a few table scraps, but those go into their food dish at feeding time like the rest of their food. The owner may think it’s cute, but visitors may not.
I miss our dog Sam. Hardly ever, while cooking in the kitchen did I have to bend over to pick up food that hit the floor. Drop a raw egg out of the fridge…no problem it was cleaned up in a jiffy!

My cat gets “portion control” like that. That cat will eat anything, including celery and olives.

My dog used to eat cucumbers while they were still on the vine. Thought it was rabbits until we caught him.
