DD, You’re right about the beer halls and communists but more so Hitler used München for his start becaus he could slip over the boarder to Austria when ever a warrent was issued for his arrest. If economic troubles cause social unrest look for it in the state of Mecklenburg (Berlin area). This is in the old DDR (East Germany). These are areas with high un-employment and Neo-Nazis have caused some troble there.

I believe Hitler got his start in Munich beer halls screaming about communists. If the economy goes further south in Germany, watch out!
