I know it has been around for a while, but the five state solution sounds promising. Unlike the previous administration, this one might actually consider the (necessary) involvement of states and governments we don’t agree with in order to end the slaughter. Nothing is more effective at spreading democracy than stability, commerce, and diplomacy.

What does Moutnbatten have to do with that? Wasn’t he the vice-King of India? (+the uncle of the Queen’s hubby, was murdered by the IRA)
