Drugs are victimless crimes? Wow, you and I live on a different planet!
Drugs = crime: theft, robbery, murder, child abuse, domestic violence, and other awful consequences.
Ask a child that’s been neglected, abused, exposed to the seedier side of drug use if they haven’t been victimized by what you apparently think is a harmless activity.
Jeeze, some aassholes think it’s funny to get their own children high.
I have a dear friend who is a supervisor for a drug diversion program (Ca’s Prop 36). Half the women in her program have lost their children because of their drug use. Some have lost it permanently (court ordered termination of parental rights) even after they got “clean and sober” because the neglect/abuse/abandonment was so severe. I’ve met some and I have to say I don ‘t have a great deal of sympathy for them, though I know they’re hurting. Courts don’t take away parental rights easily.
Sorry for going on too long but this subject is far more serious and prevalent than people realize. The effects on children of their parent’s drug use is tragic.
If stewieZ formerly empty suit now idiot was only being sarcastic, then we are living on the same planet, after all, at least when it comes to the harm caused by drugs. So, I apologize for ranting. Next time I rant I’ll be sure it applies :oD

I’m pretty sure that first post there was sarcasm. in any case, why can’t we have legal drugs AND legal guns? it is the “land of the free” after all…
