We were doing the same thing to Native Americans in the 1700’s. The real “savages” showed up on ships from Europe, and brought the Inquisition with them.
I’m 1/8 Cherokee, but it’s not that traceable, it was always handed down in my family that I had a great, great, … grandmother that survived the Trail of Tears to Oklahoma.

Canuck- maybe we could put Cheney in the chair and talk about your tar sands and the fact you folks are our #1 source of “imported” oil as well. We might even find out who WAS in that secret energy meeting he held before sticking it to us and eventually leading us down the path to $4+ per gallon gas, that all went to profits, not taxes.(Right, it was only “the market” and “speculators”.)

oldlego, my father tried tracing genealogy but could only go back so far … the only thing I’m sure of is I’m about 1/8 Cherokee which I think is cool
