The entirething is scripted ( even more so than the “real” thing) andit’s all a vehicle for Zack Galifinakis to be awkward andclueless with whomever his mock-offended celebrityguest is.Usually pretty funny, but of course, this one devolvedinto a commercial for Obamacare….
The segiment was called “Between Two Ferns.” There were two potted ferns discussing irrelevant things and there were two other actual fern plants present that added greatly to the intellectual level of the segiment.
