USA’ s Clinton administration joined in with Europe’s leaders to assure the Ukrainians we would be their “defense” and so Ukraine gave up their own military system….that to me is the meaning of the Empty Fight Suit. Once again a small nation has been led to slaughter by the false promises of the Big Guys.
