Fewer people are shot where there are fewer guns. The data on this is overwhelming. Check the Johns Hopkins study on murders in Missouri to see a depressing example of conservative “let the criminals buy guns” laws in action.

It is more cultural issue. We can’t get reasonable laws because the two sides are so polarized. Ultra violent games and movies are OK for both sides.

The attempted murder charge referred to the three men he was unable to kill, although discharging ten rounds into a vehicle at random certainly could have. Still no answer why failing gets a lesser sentence.

Wow, immaturity with impunity. If only these clowns would write about the thousands of deaths that are actually happening, you know the minority on minority or soon to be non-minority on non-minority crimes.
