    I once belonged to Mensa. It’s a society of people convinced that scoring unusually well on standardized tests proves they’re superior to everyone else. They’re wrong.

    You’re not really superior to everyone else until you’ve dropped out of a society of people who think they’re superior to everyone else.

    McGehee, I’d disagree. True superiority comes from knowing you qualify for the organization but never join. ;)

    BlueRaven, the trouble with that is, if you never join you never get to see just how not-superior the members really are.

    My Mensa years taught me there are some monumental stupidities of which only “genius” is capable.
