After all these years you’d think Fred’s town would start to enforce all those animal control / leash laws.
LOL Its not often a leash law would be enforced in UK town unless the police get involved, After all Fred is British not American!
Maybe these dogs are friendly and would play with Fred. Just because they’re big doesn’t mean they’re mean. Little dogs can be mean.
You know, I have never really seen loose dogs fighting on the streets, nor home dogs that are not enclosed behind fences. Seems lik it is more a thing of enclosed dogs that are not used to be in contact with other dogs or animals.
