Not only do both MARIA and WORKING DAZE get the comparisons todays- but it’s been going on all week at PEANUTS- in repeats from the 1960’s- so that it should be the other way ’round.
Sorry all, I was not intending to lessen anyone’s enjoyment of “Maria’s Day” with comparisons to “Calvin & Hobbes.” I greatly enjoy both strips on their own merits.
It has occured to me that Maria looks like a little Rita from “Working Daze.”
