Nope!They will do what all tax and spend liberals do…….Spend it.Jerry Brown bragged about a surplus for the Ca annual budget, yet they haven’t touched the $130 Billion in debt.And that doesn’t even include future unfunded liabilities.But they’ll just keep spending….
Those “unfunded liabilities” are spread out over the next 70 + years, so, how is the payment due, today? They DO need to work on methods to meet the payments, but it isn’t through eliminating yet more taxes on those already getting relief at the top of the top 1%.
