Thanksgiving was at harvest time, that was last month. What happened? Why is it in Nov?

Turkey AND ham! We had a lot of people over and did a big buffet style dinner.
Neither. TurDucKen or nothing at all.
Our Tradition is both, there are 8 of us including 6 kids. The hubby doesn’t eat turkey and I prefer it to ham. Goes better with dressing.
9 guys, 2 turkeys. Pilgrims knew how to do it right.
