Instead of Americans having to answer 900 questions on some website, the NSA could just come up a program to fill in the blanks with the information they collected on us.
Those “intelligence” computers didn’t start working right overnight either. States that adopted the plan, and set up, as requested their own local systems aren’t having any trouble getting people signed up, for the most part.
