Yeah. Obama kept refusing to sign the bills that the GOP proved completely unwilling and unable to send him. You conservatives need to read up on your constitution. (If Paul Ryan hadn’t refused to conference on the budget for six months, refusing over 20 requests, this never would have happened. It only happened because Paul Ryan WANTED it to happen, since he cannot win elections, and cannot get his draconian, unpopular plan passed without a really, really expensive hostage. Like the full faith and credit of the American dollar.)
