Why is it that people assume that because Ziggy prefers shorts rather than long pants except in cooler weather that he is not wearing pants at all? And why is it ALWAYS a matter for comment, when EVERYONE should know by now that his pants are usually, but not always, concealed by his smock top?? Get over it, people!!!!!
