This is true! If you don’t provide your name, one will be “assigned” to you….

I am a name tag reader. Eventually I know the staff names in the stores I frequent, even without their name badges, even in different stores when they are out. Most never ask my name. Some people don’t try anymore.

If the sandwich is made from chicken, can it really be called “steak”?

As Ash or Robb could tell you, Pat’s (from Philly) is credited with inventing the sandwich…. but don’t let someone from Geno’s hear you saying that….. – Personally, I have had some from the Baltimore area near where I live that would also rival one from there… but don’t tell them that, Lol!

Whether chicken or beef, I prefer mine with onions, mayo and lots of cheese… and as much as I love tomatoes, they can be optional on a cheesesteak, as long as I have the first three things…. some even enjoy shrimp or pizza cheesesteak…. Hmmm……Now I know what I’m doing on payday….
