Actually, if the tambourine gets peoples’ attention, it may be a lot smarter than carrying around that big drum all the time, which HAS been U.S. history. Putin (not my favorite person by any means) DOES make some very valid points in his NY Times op-ed.
Peaceful resolve should not be considered “failure”.
