Speaking as a father myself, Lila’s Mom is absolutely right!My daughter did that to me when she was in high school. We always complained about her singing all the time (she was often loud and off-key). So, she got a part in the school play, which, naturally, involved singing.And she didn’t tell anybody about it!!Dammit, of course I want to go see my little girl on stage!! No tickets, but I snuck in anyway. Turns out, she can sing pretty well when she wants to.

Lila’s mom always has to throw a guilt trip in there. I’m glad my relationship with my daughter isn’t like that. she’s a good kid. Lol.
