Tigger, why are you not demanding that the House pass a budget this year? The Senate passed a budget back in March, but the GOP goons in the House can’t even get a simple farm bill passed, much less a budget.

The last time a full fledged Federal Budget passed was in 1997, when Newt Gingrich was speaker of the House, (& only on his second wife).

Perhaps Mr. Bennett was actually paying attention, since there were indeed budgets passed during most of those years (up through FY2010).
