Just got a new analog Timex last year for a reasonable price. They’re still around, take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’. (Though I have to admit they don’t taste too good.)
A 63 year old would remember Swayze as a TV Network news anchorman & as spokesman for Timex but would only know of Rudy Vallee as Lord Ffogg, guest villain on a late 1960s Batman episode & know nothing about his songs.
