I love bagpipes… but I have always wondered who thought “Hmm, I think I’ll take a cow’s bladder, run a bunch of hollow reeds through it, and blow into it.” would make music.
I like bagpipes too. But they get as much respect as fruitcake at Christmas!
I love the sound of bagpipes but not when they are in the hands of an inexperienced ‘player’
