Yesterday as part of breakfast, I had some miso soup. It was different brand bought at Fred Meyer and didn’t taste the same as the brand I get at Albertson’s. I live close to Fred Meyer now than I did Albertson’s. Not to mention the brand I get at Albertson’s isn’t in the Fred Meyer stock.
I bought some Miso soup (for the vegetarian diet) only to realize it has MSG. Altogether, when I read the ingredients, no WAY would I eat it – tossed it!
At family gatherings, I will eat something to be polite, since it’s family, unless tree nuts are involved. And most of my relatives, that are left, know I have that allergy
