@Knight, I never really cheat. I tell my doc if I plan to make a change in my diet. At my last visit, I told him I was dropping the GF. Instead, I’m using WW (whole wheat) bread and pasta, but limiting fat to 15g max of total (5g of saturated). I will see in August (3 mo duration) in new blood work what differences I’ve made. I take BP readings 3 or more per day to my chart. I hope to be able to have some lf cheese, yogurt and even meat eventually.
