Is it a high radiation or low yield.The less efficient the more residual radiation is released.If done properly the entire package is consumed and there is little radiation remaining.That is what makes a nuke such a difficult thing to produce. The masses have to be in exact proportions to be effective to get the biggest bang for the buck.Radiation harms both sides. It would turn an area into Chernobyl. That is still one of the most contaminated places on earth except for US production plants. Which became contaminated by building the things not a disaster in a melt down.And they in the NK don’t not have to mobilize. They are already sitting on the border. They have been ever since the DMZ went up. Ask any soldier from there. You look at them in your binoculars and they look back. Even exchanging one finger salutes to show equality. Went through that in Germany sitting near the East German border doing tank maneuvers. Probably 500 yards separated us. That was OUR mine field. They were right up against the fence. Their mine field was further back. They did not worry if WE were coming over WE were more worried THEY were coming over.
Seoul is well within range of North Korean “standard” artillery. Using a nuke in their back yard would be too stupid , even for Kim.
Interesting that folks are panicking on the streets of the U.S. over this, but in both North AND South Korea, it’s “business as usual”. Another right-wing media hype offesnsive.

North Korea sending nuclear missiles into South Korea would be unbelievably short-sighted. Just for the fallout alone.
