I thought the answer is always “42”.

Maybe they’re both right, but talking about different assignments/tests.

My comment was actually referring to a common joke from The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy that 42 is the “Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything”. It doesn’t matter what the question is, the answer is always 42.
