Coffee can be over done. I was hospitalized at the age of 31 for what was thought to be a hemorrhaging brain tumor. It turned out to be a muscle cramp in my neck that was caused by too much caffeine. It was not easy getting off the addiction, but I have not had coffee for the past 36 years and counting.

You must remember that coffee is not the only source of caffiene and other legal stimulants. Years ago my father had developed an irregular heartbeat. The cigarettes weren’t helping but the culprit was the ice tea he was drinking. That stuff was strong enough to etch glass.

Larry Larry. Clear the clutter. Have ONE mug of coffee at your desk. Refill as needed. No one will complain about your coffee habit. All they will see is the one mug. ..pssst…. get one of those nice stainless steel mug with lids. Make sure its double hulled – that way you won’t burn your fingers.
