Hmm. Very discouraging. I don't know what to say... I really don't. I wish I could offer a solution... Something... Anything... But quite frankly I don't know what we can do at this point. Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless. Can you believe this? My wife tells me the Wyndham Grand cannot find any confirmation record of our reservations for the Wimbledon tournament dates!

I just love it when I see people walking around with those things in their ears. And now Google is coming out with Glass eyeglasses, even more of a disconnect from reality.It seems resistance really is futile!

My response would be to tell him since I’m paying probably $150 for about 15 minutes of his time he can get OFF THE PHONE while on my dime! I’ve done that before too. I’ve also sent one a $100 bill for my time for making me wait over an hour past my set appointment time before seeing me. They see you on time after that. They seem to forget your time can be as valuable as theirs…..
