Rapidly approaching 1/2 of those lost in the 9/11 tragedy.

Licensing gun owners in New Zealand helps a lot, without confiscating, or buying back, weapons. Licensing guns and owners, just like cars and drivers, makes perfect sense. At least then when you get an “unlicensed driver” you have a place to start with criminal prosecution to get them “off the street”. You also have a means of keeping them from buying a “car” legally as well, and restrict dealer’s “empathy” to violate the law.

Of course, by your logic, so should Texas…

Any statistics from the countries that don’t have gun envy problems?

Hey Dr. C: that’s what it’s like in Chicago on a daily basis. They are already in the running for the highest murder rate in the country and we’re only one month into the year.

That proves they need tighter controls in neighboring states.

but a harder equation is how many people have been saved because they had a gun.
