The ladies that did the run and the hike seem to have nice 24 inch waists. Cathy step through a 24 inch door and still has the shape of an apple. She looks the same as she always has all the years I’ve been reading her.
Note that she “might” step through the door of the gym. Sure bet that it doesn’t happen.
Double aaack! Another couple of inches of wet snow today. Now it is really wet since it is actually above freezing now. Rain and snow predicted for the rest of the week. Anyone got some extra sunshine they want to give away?
They are all commendable in their own way, but Cathy will only get credit for me if she actually steps through the door. It may not sound like much to some people, but for me, once I get in that door, I always do a workout. So getting in the gym is a big step!
