Irving: Shouldn't we sell our homes before we start looking to buy one? Cathy: Oh, no! I can't shop that way! I have to buy first then get rid of! I never, ever get rid of something until I'm whipped up into such a guilt-ridden state over how much money I just spent on the new thing that I have no choice!! Realtor: At least you know she won't be dumping you any time soon. Irving: Oh, boy.

And just how do you think you’re going to pay for the new house before you’ve sold the old ones, Cathy? The proceeds from the sale of the old houses are what you use to make the down payment on the new one. eyeroll

Agreed legaleagle. Why not sell one house and live in the other until you find a new house?
Happy Friday Cathy friends! I’ll be busy taking a whole crew trick-or-treating tomorrow. My daughters each have a friend coming along. I also plan to see my aunt who raised me – it’s her birthday. Busy, busy, busy
