Charlene: I thought you were going to relax and enjoy the happy foods of the season in moderation. Cathy: I was, until the little voice said "no!" When I hear "no," I panic and eat more. When I eat more, I hear "no" more and eat more. I'll only learn moderation if I can hear "yes"! Why can't I ever hear a voice saying "yes!"?? Charlene: Yes! Cathy: Chomp! Never mind.
