It’s getting harder and harder with a lot of businesses to reach a human these days . . . and when you do, they’re located in a foreign country, you can’t understand them, they can’t understand you and in the end, you walk away more frustrated than when you got there to begin with because you still didn’t get the help you needed to solve your problem. What good does it do to outsource your customer service if they can’t help your customers? [Yes, I know. Cathy most likely didn’t reach a foreign C.S. rep. to help her book a flight but she did say that she spent her “whole two weeks on hold”, which just made me think of that.]

It is showering here when the sun was supposed to be out…its a good thing as it was supposed to be in the high nineties. Now it is only going to be in the high eighties! ;)
