“Civil Wat Surgery” sounds an awful lot like the “Amateur Surgeon” flash game that was on the Adult Swim site years ago (it might still be there, actually; it’s been years since I’ve been on the site), just less pizza delivery guy-ish.
Civil War surgical instruments were not rusty. Doctors knew about the importance of keeping instruments as clean as possible as early as 1847.
