And I’m sure that Burl had a hand in creating many of those aromas…

et tu Patty? Your chair is dirty also? Shame! And Joy if you want her to have scented tissue buy it for her! Otherwise shut your mouth, you’re letting the “aroma” out!

Toilet tissue hasn’t been scented or colored since the 70s after complaints of allergies to perfumes and dyes were constantly reported to the manufacturers.

I thank God every day that I haven’t walked into your bathroom, Burl.Friends, I have been to three movies lately; Argo—Great!, Quartet—Really Good and Hitchcock—Disappointing. Planning to see Amour and Stand Up Guys soon.

So sorry, Debby’s. I have allergies too, although not to the extent you describe. I hope you get some relief soon.

So Sorry Debbie. My hubby is a lot like that. I never wear perfume,or hair spray. no candles in the house, unscented deodorant, and laundry detergent , and shampoo is sooooo hard to find in an acceptable smell. He is retired now and we live in the country.

Illnesses etc that are not seen by others can be VERY painful to those who have them, I’m sure. One of my last times at chiro I was made aware (and very thankful) that any pain that I go there for is of my own fault (overdoing work or excercise) while others must go for things over which they have no control. I am SOO fortunate at my age to enjoy everything in life in a normal way. I am glad to give up the foods I will relingquish for a short year for the sake of better health. And at least I’m not giving up the best pleasure – my man!!
