Your name says it all. Why was it necessary to bring politics into this one way or another? That baby lost both of her parents and her grandparents also lost their children. That kind of pain affects people no matter what their political affiliation. Have some respect for that and save your political opinions for an appropriate place and time.
I never understand why a person feels the need to kill another then take their own life. If you are feeling that depressed, get some help. If you can’t deal with the world and feel you must take your own life, leave everybody else out of it. It is not for you to make that decision for someone else. No excuses.
Well said. We have a large, unmentioned problem with service members and domestic abuse. Hey, when you teach a person how to hurt another for a living, why are we surprised that they practice their training at home?
(Please no stuff about not supporting the troops. My wife used to work Service to Military for American Red Cross, and it’s just a statement of fact. My way to support the troops: don’t send them to fight with no reason and no goal.)
But the sports world is even more forgiving: for example, Dez Bryant of the Cowboys beat up his own mother. But it’s okay, he can catch a pass, so we can look the other way.

I’ve been sickened by much of the coverage of these events. Seems that many people want to seek excuses for his actions and memorialize this murderer.
