A more accurate representation would be the folks in Gaza being in a fish bowl, lobbing rocks, while Israel has sophisticated modern weapons, and an electroshock rod, stuck in the bowl.
“Iron dome” is proving pretty successful, and just one more example of the difference in both offensive, and defensive capabilities.
Also interesting how the “right” keeps trying to blame Iran for sending equipment to Hamas, while WE send more money for Iron Dome, and many other weapons, to Israel, and ignore that they are the only nuclear armed force in the Middle East.

Gaza Strip ‘population’ has become an official nation of terrorists as they have democratically elected a universally recognized terrorist organization as their leadership..If any other country were subjected to the kind of constant terror attacks and rockets as Israel is from Gaza, Gaza would become a large parking lot, as it should be. But, unfortunately for the Israelis, they will effect a ‘surgical’ military operation that will undoubtedly cost a lot of Israeli lives. Not one Israeli soldier’s life is worth the risk of such ‘surgical’ operation, for which they will be condemned as if they carpet-bombed the place anyway.

So far it looks like not such a good outcome for Israel, but they did get to test their missile defense system, and maybe that was the whole point.

Other than Israel there is no “Palestine”. Gaza, Trans-Jordan, West Bank but no country other than that awarded to the Jewish people.

Those people must diminish the role of their holy men, and separate their church and state. States with tolerance instead of absolute faith.
