A Brief Description* Of The Sentient Inhabitants (Carrot People) Of καρότο Prime Star System Gliese 581
Commonly known as “Carrot People,” (due to their translucent orange color and overall body taper) the inhabitants of καρότο Prime live at high pressure in a liquid/gaseous state, feeding off high energy compounds generated by the system’s red dwarf star. First arrived at Earth in AD 2134 on a quest of interstellar exploration. Practical interstellar space travel was achieved by individuals undergoing dehydration synthesis and consequent suspended animation. Individuals thus suspended occupy only 12 cm3 of space The interstellar space vehicles are a co-polymer bubble loaded with the correct atmospheric pressure to enable life support on arrival at destination.The bubble environment is controlled by quantum micro-artificial intelligence. Transparent life support suits are worn on inhospitable planetary expeditions (i.e. Earth.) Space vehicle escape velocity was achieved by using artificially manipulated highly pressurized vertical gas chambers in καρότο Prime’s atmosphere. Deceleration at target planets was accomplished by quantum/gravational interference. Carrot People stand about 3.3 m high. They have a central ethereal orange glowing appearance, transitioning to frost white at the various ever changing extremities (additional colors show in certain lighting.) They have a .4 m blue-purple faceted spot on the anterior end used for absorbing and converting sunlight to life sustaining energy. No anus is present; gas is exchanged through the outer liquid shell. They are sexless and reproduce by congregational budding, whereby five to thirty individuals congregate by joining in a sphere and produce numerous “buds” which separate from the sphere and grow quickly into new individuals. All knowledge is passed to the new generation in the process. Great joy is experienced by all participating individuals, including offspring. Carrot People are exceedingly benign, having evolved on a planet where predation and limited food are completely unknown. Carrot people were totally unprepared for the shock of Earth’s ecology, Homo sapiens not excluded. The concept of predation was completely unimaginable! Even herbivores were completely incomprehensible. Eventually they came to understand our plight and feel deep compassion for us.They left Earth after 27 days with no return date expected. They took one volunteer “humanoid” with them.
