As long as we don’t start a war to try to keep them….I have long said that the US would be just as well off without Florida (they can’t even learn the mechanics of voting), Texas (maybe our textbooks will contain facts in the future), and South Carolina (Strom Thurmond, Fritz Hollings, Jim DeMint, Lindsey Graham….’nuff said).
“I swear to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”. I took that oath a long time ago, several times actually, and still live by it.
Those who do not like that oath, are more than welcome to leave, and find a country that works on their belief in theocracy, a police state, and corruption, like well, Iran.
Bush tax cuts, passed by Republican Congress, were supposed to expire two years ago. Two wars o the if/come, and Obama put them on the budget to show what we’re REALLY paying. But Repubs don’t want to admit of failed policies, which put all those people on the dole, just bitch because they’re there! And then call them takers.
