African Leaders failed to win $5M Mo Ibrahim award Why would I want to win that while I can award myself what ever I want from public coffers...
I recognise 3 of the 5 (Mugabe, Museveni & al-Bashir) but wish he would include Zuma. He’s just upgraded his home pad with US$27 million. US$5million is peanuts in comparison.(I’d guess that the guy in striped suit was Omar Bongo but he’s dead now)
