i have often heard that there are people that tell the uninformed that due to political tensions, the republicans vote on Tuesday and the democrats vote on Wednesday. i have never heard it told the other way around, perhaps i’m wrong but it seems to be fraudulent to me. to say nothing of pole taxes and test folks may have to take to be eligible to vote.

In both Arizona and Pennsylvania, “information” brochures correctly printed the date of the election as 6 November – in English. In the Spanish language version, the election date was given as 8 November.
I received a voicemail message reminding me to vote on November 8th. The call was from the state Republican Party. Since I’m scheduled to work at the polls from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, I knew it was a load of bull.
