I’m glad to see “BC” writers Mastroianni and Hart haven’t forgotten … but nearly every cartoonist has decided their strips are too important for posting Remembrance/Armistice/Veterans Day accolades in. SHAME ON YOU BRAD ANDERSON!

I was born and raised in London, Ontario. My Great Grandfather fought in WWI, my grand dad, and some great uncles in WWII. Other relatives in Vietnam, Korea. Friends of mine from the US were in Gulf, and Afghan and Iraq, keeping peace.I’m not a warmonger, but a peace lover, and it takes a real man (or woman) to step up and take on an enemy soldier or terrorist. It’d be nice, even if not seen by active soldiers, if an artist, one time a year, posted a comic saluting them.
