    What you do is, you put your hand in a plastic grocery bag (maybe two, in case one has a hole) to reach into icky stuff like this, pick up little corpses, etc.

    gotta hit it with the hose in the a.m.. after the cats hop up on it and the racoons wash up, it can get pretty evil overnite.

    My small birdbath is on the dripper system so it overflows twice a day. Many of the birds like that, others prefer the big waterfall.
