That’s such a bogus line…Don’t get me wrong. I’m not sure how I feel about the immigration issue. What I do know is that comparing modern times when there is a well established government in the US to the colonization of America is a really bad analogy. They didn’t invade a country as we think of it. They were settling in a place that they honestly thought was uninhabited or open for claiming. Illegal immigrants from Mexico do not have that excuse.They know people live here already, and they know it’s illegal. Those two things mean they do not belong here unless they want to do it the legal way.
